Organization Event Request 

All completed requests should be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to event to assure approval is provided in a timely manner.

Event requests should be accompanied by the HUCD room request form.   

 

Rooms must be requested by Faculty ONLY and all forms must be signed by Faculty Advisors

Events that include food/beverages and/or involve the selling of any products require a short-term vendor form.

Please note, requests will be reviewed on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
