Organization Event Request
All completed requests should be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to event.
Event requests should be accompanied by the HUCD room request form. Scan and email the forms to email@example.com.
Rooms must be requested by Faculty ONLY and all forms must signed by Faculty Advisors
Events which include food/beverages and/or involves the selling of any products require a short-term vendor form.
Please note, requests will be reviewed on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each monthly. Forms should be submitted in a timely manner.
